Under Section 19 of the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981, hereby grant a Sea Dumping Permit to Gippsland Ports, to load, for the purpose of dumping, and to dump up to 760,000 cubic metres of maintenance dredged seabed material  from the Bar and Inner Channels, including the Entrance, the Narrows and Hopetoun Channels at Lakes Entrance Victoria.
