A Permit was issued for works associated with the installation of the Sand Bypass System in the area known as 'New Works Historic Complex'. The works involved installtion of the eastern Sand Shifter, under channel boring and associated infrastructure.

This Permit covered works associated with the Sand Transfer Station Upgrade including Pipeline Extensions and Replacements.
