Gippsland Ports has secured the services of the hopper dredge, “Pelican” in Lakes Entrance for a further campaign this month.

The dredge will arrive late next week and will commence dredging on the 15^th June to undertake maintenance dredging on the bar and entrance channels involving the relocation of approximately 200,000 cubic metres of sa nd to two dredged material grounds located 1.5 kilometers from the entrance.
